Cartooning,caricaturing and animation are closely related with each other. we cannot become a good animator unless and until we are shined in the field of cartooning. there is a wrong notion that 3d graphics programmes like 3dsmax and maya does not require cartoon skills. many of the options in these programmes needs the animator to be aware about drawing. i often concentrate only on some speciallised packages. it includes macromedia flash, 3dsmax,photoshop.if we try to learn all the packages we will be nowhere!!..........
